The role is a Help Desk Analyst, providing technical support and assistance related to our borrower-facing computer systems. This role is a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Provide technical assistance and support related to borrower-facing computer systems• Respond to queries from borrowers, diagnose and fix problems, and communicate status to the production team• Engage end-users in front-line support via telephone, email, SMS, and other channels• Train and assist borrowers with basic functionality of our lending technology platforms• Troubleshoot a variety of basic software issues relating to our lending technologies• Document time and other work details in the ticketing system• Follow up to ensure issues have been resolved• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel• Engage other support teams as needed to resolve borrower issues• Consistently communicate with borrowers' loan officer teams as to the status of their borrowers' issues• Use skills in Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, and Desktop Hardware.
